Malevolent Benevolence Imperial Stout: Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrel Aged w/ Madagascar Planifolia Vanilla Beans

Our “Malevolent Benevolence” series is built around contradiction. It is big and bold, while simultaneously being smooth and sweet, resulting in a deceptively dangerous tasty treat that blurs the lines between beer and confection. We like to add various traditional flavours to bring about the nostalgia of iconic desserts.

Brewed with an abundance of chocolate, coffee, and caramel malts, with a hint of lactose sugar to add a silky texture. Aged in a maple syrup bourbon barrel for 18 months and conditioned on Planifolia vanilla beans from Madagascar.
